By using the Momentvia service (the “Service”), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Momentvia lets you create a private photo gallery for a wedding or other celebration, to which guests contribute photos by scanning a QR code, without installing an app.
The Service is currently in an early beta stage of development and is provided free of charge, “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Occasional disruptions or changes to functionality may occur while we work on improvements.
The event organiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration and for keeping their login details secure. The organiser is also responsible for the content of the gallery — including moderating (deleting) inappropriate photos submitted by guests.
Uploading unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties, is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access to any account that violates these terms.
Photos submitted by a guest remain the guest's property. By submitting a photo, the guest grants the event organiser and Momentvia permission to display that photo within that event's gallery for the purpose of providing the Service.
As the Service is in beta, we recommend that the event organiser download the ZIP archive of photos and store it securely before the gallery closes. Momentvia is not liable for any loss of photos after the gallery availability period has ended.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by email or via a notice on the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
